The hotel offers good value for the price, especially with its proximity to the train station and airport. While the rooms are comfortable and clean, the area around the hotel could be a bit daunting. Some amenities like the AC and shower weren’t functioning as expected, which detracted from the overall experience. However, the daily cleaning and modern room features made our stay pleasant.
While the hotel has a lovely aesthetic and the rooms are clean and cozy, it is quite a trek from the main attractions of Naples. The Wi-Fi is notably poor, and the breakfast experience was rather disappointing due to some snobbish service. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for a short visit, especially if you're catching an early flight.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in Naples and overall had a decent experience. The hotel itself was clean and modern, which was a nice relief considering Naples can be pretty messy. However, the location is quite far from major attractions and the room was not ideal for our family setup. The breakfast was adequate but could’ve offered more variety.
